Right now, that means an After Sales Manager to come on board brimming with ideas and ready to take the battery industry by storm with us! 


What will you do as an After Sales Manager at ELEO?

ELEO currently has a small commerce team and we are looking for our first After Sales Manager to develop and implement processes that enable optimal after sales service organization. You are part of the sales team  work closely with quality team for service and support request. 

In this role you will have the chance to work closely with big & innovative customers, products and colleagues and be responsible for setting up and improving processes globally.


As ELEO’s new Aftersales Manager you will be dealing with:

  • Improving the service support systems;
  • Preparing policies and procedures to enhance the service support network;
  • Establishing and organizing warranty policies;
  • Establishing ELEO Service level agreements in consultation with Quality and support departments;
  • Contributing to ensure SLA's are achievable in different markets and locations;
  • Refurbishment, repair, spare parts business and pricing;
  • Possible second use, replacement, recycling schemes & agreements;
  • Upselling (new updates, features, etc) & new insights to educate & improve usage and reduce degradation.

Requirements / Background

  • Bachelor degree, preferably a technical education in mechanical engineering and/or electrical engineering complemented by training for business and management;
  • Between 3 – 10 years’ experience with service management/aftersales in an international industrial B2B environment;
  • Experience with setting up and improving processes;
  • Ability to listen well and translate customer requests into the right solution;
  • Experience with an ERP and CRM system as well as excellent skills in excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must and Dutch and/or German are a plus.

    If we're both sides are super excited after the assessment then we'd love to come to an agreement with you! As soon as you sign the contract, we'll strive towards building a long-term agreement in which we can both bring out the best in each other.
