What will you do as a Corporate Recruiter at ELEO?

At ELEO we provide cutting-edge battery systems with a superior energy density to power a wide variety of electric applications. Your baby will be developing and implementing long-term strategies to attract and retain the right talent, as well as building up the recruitment team. You will also be required to join in on our awesome monthly beer sessions and BBQs :)

As our canny Corporate Recruiter, you’ll be:

Driving the full spectrum of recruiting, selection, and onboarding activities
Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels (Linkedin, Events, …)
Initiating and executing ideas to improve recruitment processes and optimize results
Partnering with hiring managers within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business

A day in the life of a Corporate Recruiter:

Your day kicks off with a cup of coffee, giving you the caffeine fix you need to get started. 

You check your email/messages for any updates and then have a meeting with CTO Bram van Diggelin to learn more about the R&D role he is looking to fulfill. 

Now that you have all the information you need, you work with our copywriter Kat Gurley to create a job vacancy that you will post to LinkedIn. 

After that, you sit in on a job interview with someone hiring for the application engineering team.

Next, it’s time for lunch. If it’s a nice, sunny day you head outside to catch some rays with your teammates on a lunch walk. 

Full and happy, you hop back in and work on setting up a selection tool that we may implement to test the fit of potential candidates. 

Then you work with our content creator Luan Andrade to brainstorm ways to improve our employer branding. 

Later you check the inbox. Wow! There’s a lot of new applications! You review them with the hiring manager and call the applicants which you feel are a good match and invite them for a visit.

Tomorrow you will check the progress of some of the key roles we need to fulfill and increase the marketing campaigns for roles that aren’t getting enough hits. At the end of the day you interview candidates to join as a full time recruiter so that you have more time to spend on other topics. 

You wrap up your work and it’s time to go home! You had an awesome, productive day and got a ton of great work done with your team. Enjoy your evening, and see you tomorrow! 

Requirements / Background

  • A relevant study background on HBO/WO level
  • At least 2 year of relevant full time experience
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Residing in the Netherlands
  • A proactive and energetic attitude

    When we think you might be a good fit to our organization, we'll invite you for a range of interviews with different ELEO people. We'll use these interviews to see if there is a great match from both sides, both personally and content-wise.
  • Assessment

    When the outcome of the interviews is still positive from both sides, we dive a little deeper into the applicable role at ELEO. You'll have in-depth discussions with your potential colleagues and/or work on a case.
  • Contract

    If we're both excited about each other after the assessment we'd love to come to an agreement with you. As soon as you sign the contract, we'd strive towards building a long-term agreement in which we can both bring out the best in each other.
