What will you do as an IT Manager at ELEO?

We see IT as an opportunity for accelerating our growth rather than as a cost-minimizing topic. In this role you will be responsible for building the IT organization. This includes determining the IT strategy that fits with our R&D and operational activities that we are now scaling towards being a global leader in our market. It also includes creating a framework to integrate our current IT activities, such as the telematics platform connected to all our battery systems, ERP systems, PLM tools, communication tools and much more.

It is up to you to build our data-centralized IT organization, combining the knowledge of our current experts across the teams with expansion of the team when you find it necessary (for example with application managers, IT specialists and data engineers) . Although we continuously challenge each other, you will have the freedom to bring in your own vision on IT.

 

As ELEO’s new IT Manager you will be dealing with:

  • Create and then maintain our data driven IT infrastructure.
  • Support the processes of selecting/maintaining/outsourcing various software packages/applications across the teams in ELEO
  • Building, coaching and developing the IT team
  • Ensure the security of our IT systems

 

Requirements / Background

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in setting up an IT organization. No need for specific programming skills.
  • Proven experience with building, coaching, developing and leading people
  • Ability to translate company strategy into the IT organization to accelerate growth
  • Good understanding of application lifecycle management
  • Flexibility to deal with changing and evolving environments
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

  • 4 Signing a contract
    If we're both sides are super excited after the assessment then we'd love to come to an agreement with you! As soon as you sign the contract, we'll strive towards building a long-term agreement in which we can both bring out the best in each other.
