What will you do as a People & Culture Lead at ELEO?
As a People & Culture Lead you will have a key role in further developing and leading the people team to support the employees and growth of ELEO. We have great ambitions to grow in the Netherlands and looking at the future we need to also prepare to scale the company globally.
You will be responsible for creating and executing the vision of our people strategy and collaborate closely with the Management Team, Talent Acquisition Team and all leads across the organisation in order to retain and develop talent whilst building high performing teams.
As ELEO’s new People & Culture Lead, you will be dealing with:
• Create a vision and set the direction for HR related topics such as HR Operations, HR Advisory, Compensation & Benefits and Learning & Development.
• Lead, coach, develop and build out further the HR team.
• Together with the HR team manage the employee life cycle activities including talent management, employee growth, contracts, offers, on-boarding and off-boarding
• Translate company strategy into realistic HR strategy and set priorities according to business needs. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for the management team and build strong relationships with leads across the organisation.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
• Work closely together with the team of Talent Acquisition to help ELEO continue to scale.
Requirements / Background
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within HR/People, preferably in scale-up environments or organisations that went through hyper growth.
- Proven track record in the areas of HR strategy, compensation & benefits, organisational development.
- Significant leadership experience within an HR related field, managing multidisciplinary teams.
- A strategic thinker who is able to develop HR processes further.
- Proven track record of influencing key stakeholders, the ability to build relationships and solve problems effectively.
- Experience of working in a regulated environment, managing Works Councils and working with the Netherlands Labor Law is a plus.
