Production Assembly Team Lead

Right now, that means a Production Assembly Team Lead to come on board brimming with ideas and ready to take the battery industry by storm with us! 


What will you do as a Production Assembly Team Lead at ELEO? 
The main goal of the position is to lead the team of operators and be in charge of the day-to-day planning of the production line and deliveries. You will work together with the Production and Logistics team, which is part of the Operations department. Furthermore, you are in contact with various teams, such as manufacturing, applications, quality, amongst others, to ensure that everything is produced in time. You are a stress resistant and accurate problem-solver that can keep the overview.


You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, as you will be the first person in this role. While we already have a team, we are eager for you to build and develop it further.


As ELEO’s new Production Assembly Team Lead, you will be dealing with: 
•    Check-ins with operators to discuss growth path, personal wellbeing etc.
•    (Re)planning of production and repairs of ELEO standard components such as modules and packs within the Operations team
•    Preparing workorders which includes:
        o   Checking availability of components in the system 
        o   Printing labels
        o   Checking unclarities 
•    Coordinating revision changes in production and the systems
•    Signalling and communicating improvements in production
•    Coordinating and signalling on deliverables like segments per day
•    Reporting to our Lead Manufacturing Operations Eildert 

 


Requirements / Background 
•    HBO level of thinking
•    At least 3 years of experience in production planning
•    Proven experience with building, coaching, developing and leading people
•    Good people manager, motivator and communicator
•    Experience with ERP systems
