EMX Powertrain joins the FIM E-Xplorer World Cup as a manufacturer
EMX Powertrain is the third manufacturer to be selected for the FIM E-Xplorer World Cup, starting in Q3 2022. The pioneering Dutch company will pitch its innovative all-electric motocross bike that's powered by ELEO batteries against top-tier OEMs, such as Mugen and Electric Motion, as well as others yet to be announced, when the series kicks off later this year.
Multi-million investment gives ambitious Dutch mobility program a flying start
Today the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Change announced the allocation of 47 million euros to two large consortia of the Dutch mobility sector, to realize breakthroughs in electrification and hydrogen applications. As part of the electrification consortium, ELEO receives funding to further develop its battery technology and scale-up manufacturing rapidly.
ELEO to expand considerably with new battery production plant
ELEO - the manufacturer of advanced battery systems - will expand considerably with a newbattery production plant at the Automotive Campus in Helmond. In the new facility, the annual battery production capacity increases tenfold to 500MWh – equivalent of approximately 10,000 battery packs. Construction has already started and is expected to be completed by mid-May 2022.

In this way, the collaborating parties want to build up knowledge and competencies in the field of battery technology and strengthen the competitive position of the Dutch manufacturing industry.
ELEO to supply Conmeq with battery systems for mass production of electric mini skid-steer loader
The deal involves an initial delivery of at least 1,000 systems in the coming three years. The Conmeq AS15 has been in production at the company’s facility since late-2020 and will now get into mass production following the major increase in demand for sustainable machines.
